Greenfellow takes a “whole house” approach to evaluating the energy efficiency of your home. Rather than focusing on a single component, such as inadequate insulation, an old furnace, or leaky ductwork, we assess how improvements to all problem components can work together to improve the efficiency and comfort of your home.



After completing the home performance diagnostic testing, we’ll use our Energy Pro energy modeling software to analyze the results to identify existing issues and how best to correct them. You’ll receive a copy of the results in a clear, easy-to-understand report.

 

Greenfellow will review the findings with you and provide information needed to make informed decisions. Greenfellow can also help you find out how to finance those improvements and how to take advantage of incentives or rebates that may be available.

Greenfellow is an independent third-party consultant certified to perform field verification and testing (known as HERS compliance ratings). The Sonoma County Energy Independence Program encourages property owners planning to use SCEIP to first obtain a survey by a HERS rater to determine the best opportunities for energy upgrades.
