We can help you scope the project, write the specifications, procure permits, find reputable contractors, and evaluate their bids.

Once you have selected a contractor, we can oversee the work in progress and inspect the project through each phase to ensure that the work is carried out according to specifications and that your interests are protected. In essence, we can serve as your eyes and ears for the entire project.

When your project is complete, Greenfellow can retest critical aspects of your home to verify the impact of the work that was done and help you complete any documentation necessary to secure financing, participate in rebate and incentive programs, or close building permits.

Greenfellow also provides HERS testing and verification of HVAC systems that have been newly installed, replaced, or that have undergone major changes in existing homes.
